How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed.  In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. You may also check the status of your order by clicking on "sign-in" at the top of every page.  Once you login to your account using your email address and password, click on "My Account" to be able to view past orders.

How do I cancel my order?
If for any reason you must cancel an order, please call us immediately so that we can stop your order from being processed.  We will cancel your order provided it has not already been processed or shipped.  Should you cancel your order before receipt of your package, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Which credit cards does TheFlyingCrane.com accept?
TheFlyingCrane.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  Your credit card will be charged at the time you place an order with our online store.  TheFlyingCrane.com currently does not accept checks, cash or money orders.

Colorado sales tax is added to orders shipped to Colorado. Shipments to any other state will not include sales tax.
